Deevana Plaza Phuket - Sha Extra Plus - Patong

Good quality and fully equipped place, I really enjoyed to be here.

The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had appetising dishes. The best part was the panoramic view of the city. The location was top and quiet, at a short distance from an elaborate mall.

Fairly clean hotel, very welcoming staff, great location to centre of Patong. Awesome breakfast with options of thai, great coffee, most tastes catered for, terrific service. Location close enough to restaurants, bars, and the beach, and the night markets and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit The Loft nearby.

Poor area.

I rated my stay at Mercure hotel Patong, however their food seriously lacks that of other hotels in the area and far too expensive. Being more specific sometimes good sometimes very poor. Overall a very nice hotel which are few and far between in the Patong area

again food, but not much else apart from the walk to the main area of Patong

Excellent location, rooms, breakfasts, pool

Smelled like sewerage in my room.

The breakfast is excellent and has a variety of things.

Just the poor level of English language.

Room cleanliness was great and spacious.

Mercure staff were great and always willing to help. Location was close to beach and nearby shops and markets. Only 10 min walk to Bangla road. Pool was great!

There were ants in the hotel room that would not go away!

The staff were extremelly attentative - from the minute we arrived until we left. Their english was great for our thai was very poor! they were friendly and the fantastic looking pool that is the first thing you see when you arrive is a great welcoming factor.

We were given a room incorrectly - when we opened the door there were towels everywhere and it was dirty so it was either someone elses room or it hadnt been made up yet. This was quickly rectified but not a great first impression!

The quick service at check-in was impressive, and sorting out our room issues was done effortlessly. The lovely pool area provided a great spot to unwind after exploring the nearby nightlife.

The hotel room are very clean & with nice design. The hotel staffs are very efficient & very polite. i will come back to stay at Mercure for my next visit to Phuket.

Good place if you don't want to take any risks (international standard). At a walking distance from bangla road (15 min). Good swimming pool. Hotel airport shuttle is a bit expensive but you can arrange for a cab at the travel agencies for half the price at least.

A bit noisy. Can hear the hallway, door, even people in the next door room. A deposit of 600THB at the check in. Strange smell in the rooms.

great access to nearby parks and markets for exploring

Staying here was fantastic because we were just a few steps from Indian Delight Restaurant and a quick stroll to Jungceylon Night Market. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean, spacious room that offered a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the vibrant surroundings.

The location is the best. Close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from Bangla road to escape the noise.

the only thing I had trouble with was regulating the water temperature in the shower.

It is no sense to have a WiFi in the Hotel for 150 baht (5 usd - Hour) !!! Many Hotels with 1 or 2 stars give this service for free. One time it was a luxury, and extra, now we are almost in 2012 and it is a must to give it for free to the clients.
